Found this in my newsfeed today from the Tourism & Art & Turkey site - so miss my travel to Turkey with Family Link Up.. was good to travel in the protective bubble of a package holiday and did Dante some good coming to the sea for some healing and counselling from all he had been through. The locals loved him and his ability to speak some Turkish and his knowledge... so was a good time of sharing.. I enjoy being out and about meeting people and sharing cultures.. Turkish people friendly, great country, loving the food and products. Just wish I could get some business link up to help the local traders. Tourism struggling with world economy and folk not buying as much - either no brass to spend or have but hanging on to it as not so sure of the world and what is to happen next... Just wish we could all get on as a Global Family caring and sharing and enjoying one another wares and cultures.
This was good see photo below - was able to take a present of one of the bags from Uncle Dante to his little niece Princess Leen who was then in Eleonas Camp Athens .. Lovely memories of Family Link Up in 2016.. then last year 2017 was able to return to Eleonas Camp for the birth of Princess Leen's sister Princess Celine... They are now as you know if you have been following the Family Link Up blog in Belgium.. So so hope 2018 will find the funds to be able to travel to see them in Belgium and to return to Turkey.. Love being on the move...so enriching helping to link up the family.

๐Feel a fossil after this afternoon was in the British Library waiting for my daughter.... so had a go in the sound exhibition they have...... remember these old record players... not that my mother had one but the old lady that lived across the road had one..... I used to be sent round to see if she needed any shopping when I was a kid....... and remember all the old furniture she had yea cause that 80 yr old would have been born in the late 1800s but I think these players are from the 1930s and for the record I was born in 1954.... but then that is over half a century ago... ...... lool so feeling like I am not to distant from the past times.... and here I am now on the internet posting this comment to you all .........hhhhhhh wow....!!
