Support for Richard #FreeNazanin

 

Had to go and give support to Richard today outside the Foreign office... and see Gabriella... it was good to meet up with other supporters too.. The pain and frustration immense that Richard has to turn his pain into campaign! He is on hunger strike desperate to get his wife free from Iran and home...Gabriella needs her mama too... bless her the globe a way to see where in the world her mama is.....I always link up with my Syrian refugees who also feel for Richard...they know the feeling of being separated from loved ones through political games and deluded power egos in the world. But we have to sort out the financial mess that has been created by the UK over the years... innocent people cannot not be used as pawns in a political game.. The decorated stones are from the foreign office promise that no stone will be Unturned to find a way to #FreeNazanin.. I spotted one with the word HOPE ...and shared the story of Amal the puppet that has walked from Turkey to Manchester that Amal is Arabic for Hope.. later in my second campaign of the day for Climate and health I went over to Tommys St Thomas's hospital where I used to be a midwife... there is a lovely shop in reception..I spotted some beautiful Christmas tree decorations... yes that would give hope... so bought 2 a ballerina & a Gold glizy tree..to give Gabriella as a gift from my Syrian Princesses Leen & Celine and me.... 🙏🤲💞please Inshallah that there is hope for Nazanin to be home to decorate the Christmas tree.🎄.. so come on politicians get your act together and let this family be together. 🎃we need political tricks to stop the nightmare and get the treat...the Right to Freedom for a wife to be with her husband and as a mother to be with her daughter...💞🙏🤲

Just found out there will be zones of meetings that will be open to the public to join online zoom & webinars... so keep an eye out on all climate subjects... to get information and get your voice heard in questions to panels. Leaders meeting will be restricted though news reeled ..but still we can influence..I like the idea of selfies to the conference with your prescription for climate health & wellbeing. Note language interpreting available in meetings.

Sustainable Healthcare

Excellent hour webinar looking at the action towards a greener healthcare and the role of Health Professionals in Climate Change... from public health to delivery of healthcare and procurement plus hospital buildings. This webinar is  repeated this evening but would make a full study day.   Whilst we focus on COP26 we need to action plan beyond and ensure not just talk but a real action to ensure the health & wellbeing of the planet and all our lives. There will be a recording of the webinar but here are some screenshots.

In Uxbridge today and Picked up my double sided laminated placards in readiness for COP26 The material from all the zoom meetings I have attended over the last 18 months... the emphasis on the Impact of Climate Change on Human Health.. 

The placards I can use to stimulate conversations on Climate & Health & listen to people's worries & anxieties as I campaign. I will also be joining the local Friends of the Earth for the march through the PM constituency and also helping with Medact.

No stone Unturned #FreeNazanin

 

Today Richard has been outside the Foreign Office in London peacefully protesting using the promise by the Foreign Secretary that "no stone will be unturned to find a way to free Nazanin."  It is the most frustratingly heartbreaking situation when a man as to fight for the rights and freedom of his wife to return to him. Trapped in a political game. His daughter needing her mummy also campaigning ..they turn pain into campaign!
