Flow with the currents = to be whole person

"You are allowed to feel sadness and anger. You are not obligated to be happy or positive or pretty every second of every day. You are allowed to feel what you feel, to experience a full spectrum of emotion, to go through what you are going through. Talk about it if you want to. Write about it, paint about it, sing about it if you want to. Don't smile if you don't want to. Be in balance with yourself. Remember that you are a whole person."
