🤣🤣🙃🙃🙃😉😉🤸♀️🏋️♀️⛹️♀️ had to shaaaarrrre my nice young physio today with 5 other grans..... hhhh we had a group session including wobble boards, ankle weights, football and wait for it laying on the couch with knees bent and doing hip thrusts...... hhhhhh worth having arthritic knees for all this fun on the NHS ......but I had to complain they would not let me have a go on the mini trampoline..... hhhh Ohhh ready for a relaxing cup of tea now.....lol
