Some screen captures from today Brunel University Webnar looking at working from home remotely.
A point in the chat I put is that I am not feeling remote more like connected not only locally but globally. So many meetings and conferences and webinars I have been able to attend.. so I am happy to Zoooooom on ....
There was another point I had to make was the identification of fatigue... this I feel no matter whether back in the office or work space or at home the pandemic brings with it a roller coster of up high proactive days and down depressed days full of worry and anxiety... some days just in a daze trying to make sense of it all...Just heard Mark Lebbet from the Chase on Loose women and it makes a good point if your tired you really need to shutdown and sleep ... this is an advice from crossing time zones when in travel to and from gigs... but it is sometimes so necessary to recharge sleep doze to then improve productivity... it is affecting us all in some way or another... I found that Zoom has in fact enhanced coming together and sharing to help cope with this crazy time of pandemic...
