Its my birthday 🎶🎉🎂 love this card from my grandson Sam ... I showed it to Princess Leen and she had giggles at the positions of the cats making the letters for Happy Birthday. Good one Sam love it. Had lovely day yesterday with my daughter my bubble link. Today been lovely with our local community team that make sure I am safe & sound, bringing a card & plants..awesome feels special day. 

 

Memories of adventure

Looking through photos... this from my living & travel in India. Miss the mischievous monkeys. This is on the way up to Ooty the hillstation.. resting from the motorbike ride yes I did say motorbike Yamaha 350 ..lol I got brave able to be to ride on the back with my eyes open and no tranquilisers! Hhhhh while I rested this little fella made friends....  the ride up was fascinating with temperature change definite line between hot from the plains below and the cold of the higher altitude! I kept trying it out ..steps downward warm steps upwards cold.  Lol in the town instead of hotels boasting air con they were boasting central heating.  The cheaper ones I was in well  manage to get a hot water bottle..then it was a free for all dash to en suite bathroms in the morning for the brief hot water shower to thaw out...lol

The Lemon Tree Hotel

 More lockdown reading taking me to other places in the world. The Lemon Tree Hotel cleverly constructed story be Rosanna Ley set on the west coast of Italy north of Pisa. Love lost through other commitments but really not lost in heart that one day returns. There is intrigue round another character guest tracing his past... then the story weaves round a real happening of a landslide.   I have been chatting with Leen from my Famiky Link Up on how important it is to read so that you can go on adventures in storytelling. We also checked out where Italy was in relation to me in London and Leen in Belgium.. We did as age old tradition in geography noted that Italy looked like a thigh high boot... she loved this & like us all find it amusing.  My Europe jigsaw comes in handy to show this
