Brunel Research Update

Been on Brunel uni campus today for an update meeting on the Alzheimer study with partnership to Sheffield Uni. The campus so pretty with all the blooms.. and found a quiet niche to sit and have my sandwich..

It is so reassuring that we have researchers into the ageing process and how to cope with some of memory & cognitive issues.  Thank you to our research teams. 💞 The work is getting closer to publication, so when it does will put in a link. 

 

Climate Children's Health & future

 A very informative and worrying webinar to discuss and share data on the impact of climate change on our children's health. My question was not addressed in the short time for responding to many questions. But it deserves us all addressing the elephant in the room. 

What are we to do about warmongers in the world? Yes every missile launched is an attack on us all, our future and our future generations.  The sourcing of materials to production of weaponry to use affects our planet home we share. The devastating destruction of infrastructures and contamination of land everlasting testimony to how dangerous and stupid a species we are. Homo Stupidus failing to learn and evolve into truly being Homo Sapiens.  

There is no wisdom in war and destruction ..destroying lives... destroying humanity....destroying civilisation..... destroying society......destroying our life support system planet Earth the ultimate in insanity.. 

Our collective battle is to undo all the foolish damage to our Planet Earth home we all share. A precious jewel in the universe that is a living being Gaia ..that supports all life forms .. when we destroy one part it sends shockwaves of pain through her very being. 

Earth needs us to wise up to peace, care, compassion for one another and all creation on this amazing planet home we share. 

We need to heal ourselves and heal our Mother Earth. As any mother she deserves care and respect.

Antalya by the Thames

⛱ Marabha ..Brilliant day of sharing yesterday with TripAdvisor "Anatalya by the Thames".. great BBQ complimentary Turkish delight and baklava ... The documentary on Antalya so informative... loved my visits to Antalya..so brought back memories.  

Lovely people met through the day... such a sense of peaceful and fun sharing ..most were fellow travellers with lots of memories and experiences to share ... range from package holidays to backpacking to working holidays ..so lots to talk about together... 💞🙏🤲🌹🕊 all concerned for world peace with happy travel to explore our amazing planet home we all share..to  meet new friends..
