Honey is revered as a healer in Islam. There is a whole chapter on bees in the Quran. I picked up this Honey from the Mosque shop as part of my gaining strength as I have been feeling tired lately as many of us are with all the crazy man made stress in the world. The black seed honey is strong flavour and is brilliant on my museli in the morning. Plus sweetening teas.
