Image taken from Colliers Magazine, July 1954 , by American artist Harry Anderson (1906 –1996) goodness I would have been 4 months old then... and my mother nor me would have thought that in 2018 I would be denied my State Pension till 2020.. the retirement age shifted from 60yrs to 66yrs for women..... and now 3.8 million women have fallen in a cleft of lack of support as a consequence. We have paid in tax for near on half a century and now struggling to get our pensions...
