Loved meeting Henrietta, the enormous owl today in York in the park by the York Museum. She let me stroke her feathers lol not ruffle them... it was a very moving time as my first husband loved Owls and me our Nicola could not help thinking of him... He would have loved meeting the chap in charge of the owls and sharing knowledge on their favourite bird lol not me the OWL hhhhh
Then I met this little tiddly wink she is full grown adolescent but just getting her mature feathers amidst her fluffy baby ones. So cute.
