Zoom women share

 

The Garden Room at St Thomas's hospital Birth Centre where I worked as a midwife. Today in the zoom women's group we had a slot for sharing photos & stories.  I had been tidying yesterday through photos and memories so had these to share. A beautiful room not sure if still now. I would love this calming place to help mothers relax in their labour.  I have a poem about this room on file...I must find it to share. I love the obelisk with the inner light to remind mothers of their inner strength to birth and bring new life in the world..  The views amazing given the locality of the hospital..
