Went along to a poetry evening in Stratford Library last night run by one of my facebook friends Sonia. I was late as had busy day afore.. But manage to make the talented group aware of the Hillingdon Literary Festival held each year in the Brunel University. I was able to explain I had two poems published one a translation from Dante- Umbilical Cord to Motherland in Writing Local Thinking Global.. and another about Princess Leen from my Family Link Up project. I am told by Sonia if I can come early next week I may be able to read one of them out.
