Sleep Apnoeas & CPAP

My Sleep studies confirm I have Sleep Apnoeas and need CPAP.  I have been allocated a lovely Respiratory Specialist nurse from Harefield Hospital and she has organised an appoint early October to be fitted with a masks and machine for my care and support. You can find out more about Sleep Apnoea on this NHS link. I shall be updating you more on my progress and helping to promote more awareness of the condition. 

The issue will be that I shall be going to bed looking like a fighter pilot and when I speak sound like Darth Vader... lol I have been treating myself to nice PJs to had some glamour to the new look to be!
