oh Yummy got my order of Syrian Cheese today from Yorkshire ..yes Yorkshire where one of our Syrian refugees is doing great business with our Yorkshire dairy farmers to make traditional Halloum .. She is causing such a stir and breath of positive business fresh air that Princess Anne has visited the factory up in Huddersfield. There are extension plans to build in a Tourist Educational centre too ..with support from the Yorkshire Tourist Board....
